In every adventure and outdoor experience there are problems to solve, risks to evaluate, obstacles to overcome, teams to manage, leadership challenges to rise up to, and sometimes there is even a disaster or two to deal with.
All of these outdoor experiences are woven together in a "storytelling style" of presentation that is entertaining, historical and educational.
There are many parallels between outdoor adventures and challenges we face in business and life on a daily basis. When connecting those dots and applying those lessons I draw from a 25 year career in senior leadership as a retailer and a supplier in consumer products and from my own successful consulting practice where I specialize in branding and launching new products.
